HLTH Ventures is a recently formed healthcare-focused private equity firm targeting investments primarily in Africa and the Middle East. We will also pursue opportunistic healthcare investments in selected South American and South East Asian markets.
The company has been formed by seasoned private equity investment and healthcare industry professionals.
We believe in the healthcare industry's middle-market in our target geographies and our ability to capitalise on opportunies, market dislocations and changing trends within the industry.
We are structured to maximise investment and exit flexibility enabling us to focus on long-term value creation rather than near-term exits.
The emerging markets in which we operate bear the bulk of the global disease burden but have the lowest healthcare resources per capita.
It is our intention to help solve these important healthcare needs by investing in regional healthcare champions and leveraging the power of digitalisation and cutting edge breakthroughs in healthcare delivery, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and science.
Whilst deeply rooted in emerging markets, the HLTH Ventures' investment team has global healthcare and private equity operating experience and networks. This allows us to create an ecosystem designed to maximise portfolio company value placing us at the forefront of an evolving healthcare market.
